Grace's Story
Grace is an exceptional pre-licensed psychotherapist. They received their Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and received their Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Family and Relationship Therapy from Rollins College. Grace is a 200hr Registered Yoga Instructor with advanced teacher training in trauma-conscious yoga as well as a certified nutritionist. They enjoy incorporating elements of mindfulness into their clinical work with all ages. Their approach to counseling considers the intersectional nature of lived experience and the ways our identities inform how we view ourselves. They empower clients to look to their personal experiences as a source of resilience through a humanistic, strength-based approach to counseling while encouraging clients to view mental wellness from a holistic perspective. While working with Grace, clients can expect a safe and non-judgmental space where they can speak freely about their thoughts and feelings, learning sustainable skills that will aid them in weathering life’s difficult moments.
