About the Role
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're seeking a long-term therapist to see child, adolescent, or adult clients for outpatient psychotherapy. If you have a niche...great! If not, generalist providers looking to refine their practice with ongoing training are encouraged to apply. We have a high priority for therapists specializing in: relationships of all kinds, teens, anxiety disorders, and trauma. Applicants should share our vision centered around equality and social justice, client care, and increased access to services. This is true contract work. After a short training period, you decide how many clients you see, where, and when. Consultation meetings are voluntary and support is here at any time when you need it. SHARE provides your EHR, telehealth platform, referrals, marketing, credentialing, billing, and administrative support. We require all of our therapists to follow our evidence-based and effective therapeutic approach to care, but other than that, the work you do is completely flexible.
We love what we do and we'd love you to join us! We have voluntary bi-weekly case consultations and an amazing team of dedicated, passionate, and knowledgeable clinicians. Some members of our team also offer ongoing specialized training. If you are a registered clinical social work intern, qualified supervision is free and included with your employment.
Full-time salary and benefits are possible after a negotiated period of consistent employment and established care.
Requirements
License to practice independently in the state of Florida.
Minimum caseload of 10 clients seeing at least 5 per week.
Ability to work in a professional Telehealth setting with access to high-speed internet.
Option of potentially working in-office, as needed, in Clearwater, FL should you choose.
Professional liability insurance
Knowledge of compliant documentation a plus (training is available).
Eagerness for continued education and development to be informed of evolving best clinical practices
If you are a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, you are also encouraged to apply and qualified supervision is included in your employment at no additional cost
