About the Role
Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and skilled Licensed (or registered) Therapists and Psychiatric Certified Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to join our outpatient mental health team. As a clinician at SHARE, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized counseling services to clients with diverse mental health needs. You will work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver comprehensive and holistic treatment in a supportive and empowering environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals seeking mental health support in a truly fun and supportive environment for all.
This position is a 1099 contractual position to start, with the opportunity for full time employment and full benefits in 2024.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Hold a valid and active license in the state of Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PMHNP). Interns open to apply.
Demonstrated experience providing outpatient therapy services to individuals with diverse mental health concerns and backgrounds.
Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed approaches, etc., and ability to tailor interventions to meet clients' specific needs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards individuals seeking mental health support.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively, prioritizing client needs and meeting documentation requirements.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in using technology for clinical documentation and communication.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to stay informed about best practices in the field of mental health.
