Our Core Values
1
Inclusivity
We embrace and celebrate the uniqueness of every individual, creating a safe and supportive space for people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
2
Transparency
We believe in open and honest communication, fostering trust and mutual understanding between our therapists and patients. We strive to provide clarity, share information, and engage in transparent therapeutic practices.
3
Empathy
We approach every interaction with deep empathy and compassion, recognizing and validating the emotions and experiences of our patients. We prioritize understanding and creating a genuine connection to support their healing journey.
4
Partnership
We believe in building collaborative and empowering relationships with our patients, working together as a team to achieve their therapeutic goals. We value their input, perspectives, and active participation in the therapeutic process.
5
Flexibility
We adapt our therapeutic approaches and techniques to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual. We recognize that everyone's journey is different, and we remain flexible in tailoring our services to promote growth and well-being.
6
Fun
We believe that joy and a positive atmosphere can enhance the therapeutic experience. We incorporate elements of playfulness, creativity, and lightheartedness when appropriate, fostering an environment where laughter and enjoyment coexist with the healing process.
Hosts Eileen Lamb and Andrew Komarow speak with Dolly Ferraiuolo. Dolly is an LCSW and founder of SHARE of Florida. She is passionate about helping those with sexual health and wellness issues, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and grief as an individual on the spectrum herself. Dolly also specializes in intersectional and inclusive autism spectrum disorder evaluations and therapy.

To note: Adulting on the Spectrum is an Autism Speaks-sponsored podcast. Autism Speaks uses its platform and advertising budget to portray autism and autistic people as mysterious and frightening. Their fundraising tactics increase stigma and create barriers to the inclusion of autistic people in our communities. We do not agree with this organization but use every opportunity we can to educate the community on the unique and real perspectives of Autistic people.
