Insurance & Fees
We know paying for therapy can be a scary thought, but it is important to remember this is an investment in your health care. Studies show those who address their mental health concerns feel less chronic pain over time and other physical health benefits, as well as improvements in their personal and professional relationships. Please review our general pay scale below, but always contact us directly to discuss further on a case-by-case basis should the below fees not work with your budget.
We are in-network with most commercial insurance companies. We also accept out-of-network clients and a detailed invoice outlining the services a client receives will be provided after sessions, upon request, so you can attempt to receive reimbursement through your insurance company. We recommend calling your insurance company and asking about your out-of-network benefits before your first session in order to assess what your reimbursement will be. Some clients may also choose to use flex-spending accounts or health savings accounts for financial assistance. Payments made through your client portal are preferred.
