As a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (#IMT4587), Zeesha offers a thoughtful, collaborative, and affirming therapeutic space where clients can explore identity, relationships, and personal growth. She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and brings over six years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life transitions and relationship challenges.

Zeesha works from a systemic and relational perspective, recognizing how family, culture, community, and lived experiences shape each person’s sense of self. Her approach integrates Parts Work, Somatic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Contextual Family Therapy, DBT, and other collaborative methods to support healing beyond symptom management.

She is especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients, including those discovering their identities later in life. She also supports clients navigating communication, emotional intimacy, queer identity, and nontraditional or nonconforming relationship structures.

As a South Asian American and first-generation American, Zeesha understands the impact of culture, family systems, and social expectations. Her goal is to help clients feel seen, respected, and empowered to build lives and relationships that honor who they truly are.
