Sage's Story

Sage is an experienced pre-licensed psychotherapist with a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Florida. They are committed to supporting folks navigate endings and beginnings, and the questions that come up in between. Their other areas of speciality include anxiety, managing ADHD, trauma, stress management, and identity exploration.

Sage’s passion for mental health comes from their background in community organizing. As an organizer, they have seen that people have an incredible capacity for self-determination and an impetus toward growth. Sage seeks to help people reconnect with their curiosity, intuition, and imagination. As a therapist, they help clients recognize patterns that reinforce pain internalized from the outside world and discover opportunities for agency.

Outside of therapy, Sage organizes community care spaces for LGBTQ folks that further support their mental health and well-being through contemplative practices such as journaling and somatics. Their work in this area helps individuals build community and agency.
